final thoughts

And so what are our thoughts about the trip...

• We are still good friends, barely a cross word between us.
• It is easy to spend a long time away from home.
• Time flies.
• Used three short sleeved shirts, two pairs of shorts and a pair of pants which I did not use.
• wore out two shirts and a pair of pants.
• Mary is now known as data woman, has eyes like a hawk and actually remembers what she sees.
• Liked being with the kids we met on our travels...the big OE.
• No favourite memory, too many good ones but Ubud in Bali, the green, rice fields and gamelin music were special.
• Taj Mahal at dawn is pretty stunning too.
• Motor camps and YHAs are the discovery of the trip.

and Mary will probably send you a piece as well. Maybe not.
